NAIVAWASCO implemented a new tariff published in the Kenya Gazette Vol CXXVIINo 58 issued on 21st March, 2025. The driving principle of this tariff review is to ensure residents of Naivasha Sub-County receive adequate high-quality, affordable, accessible, and sustainable water and sanitation services that they deserve and are as per the accepted standards by the Water Regulatory Service Board (WASREB). Within this notice period that the tariff will be in effect, NAIVAWASCO aims to achieve the following for the realization of the overall tariff review target:
