NAIVAWASCO implemented a new tariff published in the Kenya Gazette notice Vol. CXXIII—No. 230 issued on 12th November, 2021. The driving principle of this tariff review is to ensure residence of Naivasha Sub-County receive adequate high quality, affordable, accessible and sustainable water and sanitation services that they deserve and are as per the accepted standards by Water Regulatory Service Board (WASREB). Within this notice period that the tariff will be in effect, NAIVAWASCO aims to achieve the following to for the realization of the overall tariff review target:
