Proposed Service Charges

It is NOTIFIED for information of the general public that Naivasha Water & Sanitation Co. Ltd (NAIVAWASCO) pursuant to section 87(1) and 139 of the Water Act 2016 and Article 10 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 will be holding a Public/Stakeholder public consultation meeting that will be both virtual and physical (hybrid) at Wildlife Research & Training Institute in Naivasha Town on Tuesday, 5th November 2024 from 10.00am. The virtual meeting link will be shared to all registered stakeholders.

All stakeholders will be requested to register for the meeting by calling or sending their names and email address via a short message (SMS) to our customer service line +254704343691 from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday starting from 17th October 2024

Additionally, it is important to note the following:

  • Participants should be seated by 10:00am. Personal identification will be required
  • Public members are invited to make oral and written submissions and ask questions related to the provision of water services in their areas.
  • Details regarding the proposed tariff adjustment, minor investments, and performance targets are attached in the more details section of this page
