Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company (NAIVAWASCO) is dedicated to provide quality, affordable and sustainable water services to the Low Income Areas (LIAs) in Naivasha Sub-County. The LIAs in Naivasha are 13 in total. In these areas, NAIVAWASCO already supplies water reliably.

The LIAs are:

1. Karagita: This area has 156 household connections and 15 water kiosks where everyone can access water at an affordable price.
2. Mirera: In this area, there are 151 household connections and 14 water kiosks. Mirera will increase in connections after the Kayole – Mirera Project is complete. This project will ensure that enough water is available for all residents.
3. Kamere: Most people are connected in this area. There are 10 water kiosks.
4. Kwa-muhia: There are 4 water kiosks with most residents’ households connected.
5. DCK: There is 3 water kiosk in this area.
6. Mithuri: There are 3 water kiosks which serve the area.
7. Kabati: This area is well supplied with quality water and almost every household is connected. There are 10 water kiosks.
8. Site and Service: Most of the residents of this area have reliable water connections.
9. CCCR: There are household connections which are expected to increase after the CCCR project is complete. This area has 5 water kiosks.
10. KCC: There are 3 water kiosks which serve this area.
11. Kihoto: There is 1  water kiosks which serve this area.
12. Kayole: This area is well supplied with quality water and almost every household is connected. There are 10 water kiosks.
13. Ngondi: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area
14. Kinungi: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
15. Nyonjoro: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
16. Karati: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
17. Satellite: There are 2 water kiosks which serve this area.
18. Karima: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
19. Gathima: There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
20. Governor(Mai Mahiu): There are 1 water kiosks which serve this area.
