The Social Connection Policy’s objective is to provide reliable, affordable and sustainable access to safe drinking water and basic sanitation to people living in low income areas. This policy also seeks to correct issues coming up due to low quality materials bought by the customers such as Non-Revenue Water.

Naivasha Water, Sewerage and Sanitation Company (NAIVAWASS) is dedicated to provide quality, affordable and sustainable water services to the Low Income Areas (LIAs) in Naivasha Sub-County. The LIAs in Naivasha are 13 in total. In these areas, NAIVAWASS already supplies water reliably.

Defluoridation is the removal of excess fluoride from water. Naivasha Water, Sewerage and Sanitation Company (NAIVAWASS) has a Defluoridation Project in place in one of our production sites, Karate.
