The Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company Limited intends to prequalify Contractors for Implementation of a Performance Based Contract (PBC) for Non – Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction in Naivasha, which broadly entails the following: Pipe Network Replacement, Creation of Sub- District Metering Areas (DMAs),
Replacement of Water Meters and Continuous Management of NRW Levels. This Project requires that the successful contractor will pre-finance the project and provide specialized staff, equipment, technologies required for the design and implementation of the project.

It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in January, 2025. Tendering will be conducted through national competitive tendering procedures using a standardized tender document and will be open to all applicants who prequalify. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification Document during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.

A complete set of Prequalification Document in English may be obtained by interested applicants free of charge from the official website, www.naivashawater.co.ke or from the public procurement information portal https://tenders.go.ke/

Applicants who download the Prequalification Document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@naivashawater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by Thursday 19th December, 2024, 10.00am. Late applications will be rejected.
